What you'll do

As a Cloud Solutions Architect at Coupang, you will play a pivotal role in the Customer Excellence team, acting as a trusted technical partner for clients. You will engage in pre-sales activities, identifying customer requirements and designing tailored GPUaaS and AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include architecting cloud-native infrastructures for generative AI models, conducting technical presentations, and leading workshops to showcase capabilities. Post-sales, you will guide clients through onboarding, ensuring their cloud GPU environments are set up for success. You will also provide ongoing technical support for AI model deployment and optimization, focusing on performance, cost, and scalability improvements. Collaboration with product and engineering teams will be essential as you relay customer feedback and contribute to the development of solution playbooks and onboarding guides.
