Lyft is seeking an Ad Ops Team Lead to support the internal sales team in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement tracking mechanisms and improve operational efficiencies. Who you are

You have a proven track record in ad operations, with experience leading teams and managing advertising campaigns. Your ability to coach and develop team members is complemented by your strong collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively with Account Management and Sales teams. You are highly adaptable and thrive in a customer-focused environment, always aiming to enhance customer satisfaction through innovative solutions.

You possess a deep understanding of advertising technologies, including the implementation of ad tags and tracking pixels. Your analytical mindset enables you to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. You are passionate about solving complex problems and enjoy the challenge of improving processes and tools to enhance operational efficiencies.

Desirable

Experience with various advertising platforms and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with performance metrics and campaign measurement techniques. You are comfortable navigating the fast-paced world of advertising and are eager to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

What you'll do

As the Ad Ops Team Lead at Lyft, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal sales team to achieve its goals. You will lead daily workflows and priorities for the team, ensuring that all post-sales activities are executed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include coaching and developing AdOps managers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages team growth and success.

You will collaborate closely with the Account Management and Sales teams to set up and launch advertising campaigns on the Lyft platform. This involves implementing ad tags, tracking pixels, and other tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate campaign measurement. You will also partner with the Account Management Team Leads to implement campaign changes aimed at increasing the performance of advertising.

Your role will require you to evaluate and improve processes and tools to enhance day-to-day operations for the sales team. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in campaign management.
