Unanet is seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead partner growth efforts in the AEC industry. You'll recruit and manage strategic partners while collaborating closely with the Sales team. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in partner ecosystems.
You are a self-motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in managing partnerships, particularly within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. You have a proven track record of recruiting and onboarding strategic partners, and you excel at building executive-level relationships that drive sales performance. Your ability to communicate value propositions effectively allows you to engage prospective partners and secure high-impact partnerships. You are comfortable using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to capture and manage partnership data, ensuring a healthy pipeline of prospective partners and reseller sales.
Experience in the AEC industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales strategies and go-to-market approaches. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and customer success teams to align partner insights with customer needs. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously while maintaining a focus on results.
In this role, you will lead Unanet's partner growth efforts by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners that generate qualified leads and expand market presence. You will qualify and engage prospective partners, effectively communicating Unanet's value proposition to build interest and secure partnerships. Managing and growing existing partner relationships will be a key responsibility, where you will develop joint go-to-market strategies and drive improved sales performance. You will master Unanet's product portfolio to enable, coach, and equip reseller and services partners through onboarding, certification, and the sales cycle. Additionally, you will capture accurate and complete information in Unanet's CRM system for partnership prospecting and existing partner management, ensuring a healthy pipeline of prospective partners. You will partner closely with sales and customer success teams to share insights, align capacity with customer needs, and drive referral and implementation opportunities. Attending tradeshows will also be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to represent Unanet and expand its partner ecosystem.
