Earnin is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with leadership in developing financial forecasts and driving strategic initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning and analysis.
You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are skilled in developing and operationalizing financial forecasts that support company growth and success. Your analytical mindset allows you to deliver insights that drive strategic and operational initiatives. You excel in collaborating with executive teams and other leaders to optimize performance and resource allocation. You understand the importance of bringing a financial lens to investment decision-making, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company's growth strategy. You are adaptable and open to hybrid work arrangements, valuing both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Experience in the tech or financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting tools. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong attention to detail will set you apart in this role.
