You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in creating user-centered designs that solve complex problems. Your portfolio showcases your ability to design intuitive interfaces and experiences that resonate with users. You are skilled in using design tools like Figma and have a strong understanding of design principles and methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring your designs to life. You are passionate about understanding user needs and translating them into effective design solutions. You have experience in the FinTech space or similar industries, which gives you insight into the unique challenges faced by users in financial contexts. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking to improve your designs based on user testing and analytics.
As a Senior Product Designer at Flex, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts for our Rent product, ensuring that it meets the needs of renters across the U.S. You will work on projects from discovery through delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and design solutions that enhance the user experience. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions. Your role will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas. You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team. You will help scale access to Flex's services by designing experiences that are seamless across various consumer touchpoints, including property, biller, and banking portals. Your designs will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition and activation, making it easier for renters to manage their payments flexibly.
