What you'll do

As a Vehicle Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will engage with customers upon delivery, answering any questions they may have and providing them with the necessary information about their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in community events to promote Carvana and its mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.

You will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor while representing Carvana, showcasing the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your schedule will require availability for shifts from 7 am to 5 pm or 11 am to 9 pm, with rotating days off between weekdays and weekends. You will have the opportunity to unlock your earning potential through performance-based pay increases, starting at $24/hr and progressing based on your performance.
