Overview

Adyen is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to lead investigations and ensure a respectful workplace. You'll act as a trusted advisor to leadership and the People Team. This role requires expertise in investigations and HR best practices.

Who you are

You have a strong background in employee relations and investigations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in legal guidelines and HR best practices allows you to navigate complex situations with confidence. You are a trusted advisor who can effectively communicate with leadership and the People Team, ensuring that all investigations are conducted fairly and thoroughly. You are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and you understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality throughout the investigation process. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee relations.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced technology company is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges that come with a rapidly growing organization. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are skilled at managing multiple investigations simultaneously. Your ability to build relationships across various teams will be essential in this role, as you will work closely with different departments to ensure a cohesive approach to employee relations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage all aspects of internal investigations, ensuring they are conducted in a neutral, timely, and thorough manner. You will collaborate with the Head of Employment Legal and Employee Relations to further develop the investigation function at Adyen. Your responsibilities will include advising leadership on best practices for handling employee relations issues and providing guidance on legal compliance. You will also contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the workplace environment and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity. Your work will directly support Adyen's commitment to maintaining a positive workplace culture for all employees.
