Apple is seeking a CapEx Program Manager for the iPhone team to coordinate equipment requirements and support product launches. This role requires a background in manufacturing or engineering and strong project management skills.
You have 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or finance, and hold a Bachelor's Degree in an allied Engineering field. Your communication skills are impeccable, and you excel at multi-tasking and project management. A Master's in an allied engineering field or an MBA is a plus, showcasing your commitment to furthering your expertise.
In this role, you will work closely with new product teams to support product launch and sustaining activities. You will understand the impact of cycle time changes and adjust forecasts accordingly, ensuring that equipment requirements are met. Your ability to coordinate between Ops Engineering and OEM will be crucial in tracking equipment demands effectively. You will also be responsible for verifying demands and leading the business team to ensure all equipment is accounted for.
