Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager (Technical) who will drive innovation in privacy, accessibility, and trust solutions for our GenAI platforms. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives between Alexa and D&S organizations, defining and executing product roadmaps for unprecedented GenAI challenges. You'll be responsible for building horizontal, builder-facing capabilities while maintaining an focus on customer experience. Collaborating with engineering, science, and product leaders across multiple organizations, you'll develop tech solutions using world-class GenAI technology. This position requires driving product strategy and execution in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment that demands rapid learning and adaptation.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with practical experience in large-scale systems. You should demonstrate a strong understanding of AI/GenAI challenges and opportunities, with a proven ability to build reliable, scalable, and high-performance products. Excellence in both technical and business communication is crucial, as is proven experience in problem-solving and innovation. - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning- MBA
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
