Together AI is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a technical advisor for customers, helping them build innovative Generative AI applications. You'll leverage your expertise in AI to drive customer success and contribute to the company's growth.
You have over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a technical capacity where you've successfully engaged with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your background in AI and technology allows you to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring that customers grasp the value of the solutions you propose. You thrive on building strong relationships with stakeholders and are committed to their success, often going above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. You are a proactive problem solver, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience and drive business value through innovative applications.
Experience with open-source software models and a strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape will set you apart. Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams will enhance your contributions to the organization. You are comfortable creating educational content and tools that help both internal teams and customers understand the capabilities of Together AI's solutions.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Together AI, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our most strategic customers, working closely with them to ideate and develop innovative applications using Generative AI. You will run complex demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs) of Together’s entire stack, showcasing both hardware and software solutions to potential clients. Collaborating with the sales team, you will qualify new prospects and support existing customers throughout their journey to build cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders, ensuring the successful deployment and scaling of their applications. You will also deliver high-value feedback to our Product, Engineering, and Research teams, helping to evolve our platform to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will create educational content and tooling for both internal and external use around Together’s solutions, such as playbooks, blogs, and demos.
