You have 5+ years of experience in customer success management, particularly in a digital or technology-driven environment. Your background includes a strong understanding of AI automation and its application in enhancing customer experiences. You excel in building relationships with clients and have a proven track record of driving product adoption and customer satisfaction. You are skilled in using Salesforce and other digital tools to manage customer interactions and data effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about using technology to solve complex problems. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
Experience in the public safety or justice sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven customer engagement strategies. You have a knack for data analysis and can derive insights from customer data to inform your strategies. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial in this role.
