Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in customer success management, particularly in a digital or technology-driven environment. Your background includes a strong understanding of AI automation and its application in enhancing customer experiences. You excel in building relationships with clients and have a proven track record of driving product adoption and customer satisfaction. You are skilled in using Salesforce and other digital tools to manage customer interactions and data effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about using technology to solve complex problems. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

Desirable

Experience in the public safety or justice sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven customer engagement strategies. You have a knack for data analysis and can derive insights from customer data to inform your strategies. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As the Senior Product Customer Success Manager, you will lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement through AI automation. You will work closely with the Customer Success Services team to develop and implement strategies that drive product adoption and optimize workflows for Axon's global customers. Your role will involve pioneering the use of Salesforce Agentforce to create scalable customer success programs. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform your approach to customer engagement. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and improvement processes.
