Apple is hiring an RTL Design Engineer to work on mixed-signal silicon design. You'll be responsible for specifying, designing, and verifying digital and mixed-signal circuits. This role requires a solid foundation in digital logic circuits and familiarity with Python.
You are early in your journey towards a chip design career and are eager to take on unsolved challenges. You have a solid foundation in digital logic circuits and are motivated to learn about mixed-signal and analog circuit design. Your technical skills are complemented by a results-oriented mindset, making you a great fit for the Apple mixed-signal silicon design team. Familiarity with Python is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to engage with software methods and analysis, which are increasingly crucial across the semiconductor industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for specifying and/or micro-architecting digital blocks in sophisticated mixed-signal circuits. You will engage in RTL coding of blocks specified by you or others, ensuring formal equivalence between custom designs and their abstract representations. You will work closely with a dynamic team to model and integrate high-performance mixed-signal and analog IPs into high-speed digital circuits. Your contributions will be vital in supporting lab bring-up of sophisticated digital and mixed-signal circuits, allowing you to gain valuable experience in the semiconductor field.
