Overview

Ivalua is seeking a Director of Customer Marketing to shape customer engagement strategies and drive retention and advocacy. This role requires strategic vision and experience in customer marketing.

Who you are

You are a strategic and visionary leader with a strong background in customer marketing, ideally with over 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of customer engagement and have a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that enhance customer relationships and drive retention. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts. You are passionate about creating meaningful experiences for customers and have a deep understanding of the customer journey from onboarding to advocacy.

Desirable

Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. You have a knack for storytelling and can create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. A background in project management will help you oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect the overall customer marketing strategy, focusing on onboarding, retention, advocacy, and expansion. You will work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with customer needs and business goals. You will develop and implement engagement strategies that connect customers across every stage of their journey, from evaluation to long-term partnership. Your responsibilities will include creating content that educates and empowers customers, as well as driving initiatives that foster customer loyalty and advocacy. You will analyze customer feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve marketing efforts and ensure that they meet the evolving needs of our customers.

What we offer

Ivalua offers a competitive salary range of $112,000 to $168,000, along with an annual target bonus based on individual and company performance.
