Okta is seeking a Director of Technical Account Management (TAM) for the EMEA region to lead a team focused on customer success and deployment of Okta's solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in technical account management.
You have a proven track record in technical account management, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams and driving customer success initiatives. As the Director of EMEA Technical Account Management, you will lead a dedicated team of Technical Account Managers who are responsible for ensuring that Okta's customers successfully deploy and adopt our solutions. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, driving initiatives that help customers realize the full potential of Okta's platforms.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to advocate for customer needs and influence product development. Your role will involve analyzing customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
In this position, you will engage with key customers, conducting regular business reviews to assess their satisfaction and success with Okta's solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of the EMEA Technical Account Management team and contributing to Okta's overall growth strategy.
