You have a strong background in People Operations, particularly in HRIS and People Technology, with a focus on enhancing the digital employee experience. You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy collaborating with various teams to ensure the integrity and usability of HR applications. Your analytical skills allow you to provide actionable insights through data-driven feedback, helping to shape the employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries.
You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of maintaining reliable and well-integrated HR systems. Your experience in working closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance teams equips you with the knowledge to support long-term operational excellence. You are eager to grow within the People Ops function and influence how data and systems are utilized to support both the business and its employees.
Experience with HR analytics tools and a strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes would be beneficial. Familiarity with various HR applications and their integration into business operations is a plus.
