Contentful is seeking a Revenue Enablement Program Manager to build and deliver programs that empower Go-To-Market teams. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in Enablement or Program Management and focuses on driving field readiness and collaboration across various teams.

Who you are

You have 3–5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience roles — you understand the intricacies of Go-To-Market processes and can effectively partner with various teams to drive success. Your background equips you with the knowledge to design and deliver impactful enablement programs tailored to different roles within the organization.

You possess a strong understanding of key Sales roles and GTM processes — this knowledge allows you to contribute meaningfully to initiatives that strengthen core Sales capabilities and drive revenue growth. You are adept at using KPIs and feedback loops to measure performance and optimize enablement outcomes.

Your experience includes cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations — you thrive in environments where you can facilitate communication and alignment across departments to support company-wide enablement goals. You are comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

You are a proactive program owner and facilitator — your ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and effectiveness sets you apart. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the learning experience for your colleagues.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced, high-impact Enablement team is a plus — you understand the importance of agility and adaptability in achieving strategic outcomes. Familiarity with Sales Readiness tools and content management best practices will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As a Revenue Enablement Program Manager at Contentful, you will play a key role in building and delivering programs that empower our Go-To-Market teams across Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience, and Partner Manager teams. Your mission will be to drive field readiness through structured, impactful enablement initiatives, boosting knowledge, refining skills, and supporting strong leadership across both pre- and post-sales activities.

You will design and deliver structured enablement programs tailored to the specific needs of Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Experience, and Partner Manager roles. Partnering closely with our Sales and broader Field leadership team, you will work on initiatives that strengthen core Sales capabilities and drive revenue growth.

Your role will involve owning cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations to support company-wide enablement goals. You will contribute to measurable performance by using KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops to optimize enablement outcomes.

As a program owner and facilitator, you will deliver in-person and virtual training, e-learning experiences, and onboarding integration. Ensuring alignment with Sales Readiness tools, learning pathways, and content management best practices will be crucial to your success.
