You have experience in developing intelligent systems and automation frameworks that enable autonomous management of live events and linear stations. Your background includes working at the intersection of AI/ML, distributed systems, and operational excellence, and you understand how to build systems that learn from operational patterns and make intelligent decisions about playback quality.
You have a strong understanding of automation frameworks and operational tooling, and you are skilled at creating scalable automation pipelines that manage event lifecycles. You are adept at designing customer-centric quality assessment systems that evaluate playback from the viewer's perspective, ensuring that interventions improve rather than disrupt the viewing experience. Experience with telemetry data analysis and anomaly detection is a plus. Familiarity with automated incident response frameworks and intelligent root cause analysis will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to tackle complex challenges in operational excellence.
As an SDE II on our team, you will develop AI-powered operational intelligence systems that analyze telemetry data, detect anomalies, and make autonomous decisions about event health and intervention strategies. You will build automated incident response frameworks that reduce mean time to recovery through intelligent root cause analysis and automated remediation. Your role will involve creating scalable automation pipelines that handle event lifecycle management—from technical onboarding and readiness validation to live execution and post-event analysis.
You will design customer-centric quality assessment systems that evaluate playback from the viewer's perspective, ensuring that our interventions improve rather than disrupt the viewing experience. You will also implement predictive analytics capabilities that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly impact whether millions of viewers experience perfect playback, making your contributions vital to our success.
