You have a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. With a minimum of 5 years in the industry, you have a strong focus on machine learning and optimization. Your expertise includes designing and developing machine learning solutions, particularly in the realm of customer support engineering. You are familiar with generative AI algorithms and have experience in NLP for query understanding and response ranking. You have a solid understanding of data analysis and statistical methods, enabling you to design and analyze experiments effectively. You are also comfortable reviewing code and designs, providing constructive feedback to your teammates, and mentoring junior engineers.
Experience with ML packages and frameworks is a plus, as is a background in deploying machine learning models in real-world applications. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to brainstorm innovative solutions and iterate on products. Your ability to drive insights and identify tech-driven product innovations will be key to improving user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
