You have experience in a medical support role, ideally within a workplace setting, where you've provided first aid and health guidance to employees. Your understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety principles allows you to effectively manage health and wellness initiatives. You are proactive in your approach, ensuring that all associates feel supported and informed about their health needs. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with new hires and existing associates alike. Your passion for health and wellness drives you to advocate for best practices in safety and injury prevention. You are comfortable working independently and as part of a larger team, collaborating with various specialists to enhance workplace safety.
As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in promoting a safe work environment. You will assess and administer first aid to associates, ensuring that immediate health needs are met. Your responsibilities will include participating in weekly safety committee meetings, where you will contribute to discussions on workplace health initiatives. You will also engage with new hires, providing them with essential information about health and safety protocols.
