You are comfortable working independently and as part of a larger team, collaborating with various specialists to enhance workplace safety.

What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in promoting a safe work environment. You will assess and administer first aid to associates, ensuring that immediate health needs are met. Your responsibilities will include participating in weekly safety committee meetings, where you will contribute to discussions on workplace health initiatives. You will also engage with new hires, providing them with essential information about health and safety protocols. In addition, you will assist in case management reviews, collaborating with the WHS Site Manager and other specialists to address any health-related concerns. Your role will require you to refer associates to outside medical providers when necessary, ensuring they receive appropriate care. You will continuously learn about health and safety regulations, applying this knowledge to improve the wellbeing of your colleagues.
