What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Capacity Planning & Efficiency Team, ensuring that Crusoe can scale efficiently to meet future demand. You will be responsible for implementing a global PLM system that serves as the foundation for operational efficiency across Crusoe's growing product lines. Your leadership will guide the team in strategic planning efforts, accurately forecasting capacity needs and optimizing resource utilization. You will drive operational excellence by standardizing processes and eliminating waste throughout the product lifecycle, from design through manufacturing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you will serve as a governance layer that translates strategic plans into executable programs. You will also be responsible for aligning internal equity with market data, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.
