Overview

Uber is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Strategy Manager II to lead the Investment Planning function within the Paid Strategy & Investment team. You'll drive global Paid Investment strategy and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in performance marketing and investment planning, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in Paid marketing execution and strategic finance allows you to effectively connect various teams and drive investment decisions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with stakeholders and ensure alignment across departments. You are adept at designing frameworks that standardize investment decisions, keeping the organization agile in response to market changes. Your analytical mindset helps you prioritize strategic initiatives based on business impact and opportunity sizes. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with global marketing strategies. A background in data analysis and performance measurement will enhance your ability to advise business stakeholders effectively. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the global Paid Investment strategy across all channels, ensuring that measurement, goal setting, and decision-making frameworks are continuously evolving. You will advise business stakeholders in Finance and Operations on how Paid marketing can accelerate adoption and solve business problems. Your responsibilities will include building and managing processes that enhance investment collaboration and reporting. You will work closely with Regional Paid Strategy and Science leads to prioritize strategic initiatives based on their potential impact on the business. Additionally, you will ensure efficient information flows between teams and maintain communication with key leadership stakeholders in global Finance and Business Operations. Your role will be pivotal in designing frameworks that elevate investment decisions and keep the organization agile in a rapidly changing marketplace.
