You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Betterment, you will lead design projects for the Betterment at Work platform, focusing on enhancing the user experience for retirement advisors and employees. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define the vision and strategy for your projects. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the solutions you create are user-centered and effective.

You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate your ideas clearly and effectively. Your designs will need to balance user needs with business objectives, and you will work to ensure that the final products are not only functional but also delightful to use. You will also participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and helping to elevate the overall quality of the design team’s output.

In addition to your design responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles. You will contribute to the development of design standards and best practices within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
