Betterment is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead projects for their Betterment at Work platform, focusing on user experiences for retirement advisors and employees. You'll work with Figma to create intuitive financial solutions. This role requires a passion for personal finance and design.
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. Your portfolio showcases your ability to craft intuitive and delightful experiences that empower users to manage their finances effectively. You are passionate about personal finance and understand the nuances of designing for diverse user needs, especially in the context of retirement planning.
You approach design problems holistically, considering both user experience and business goals. You are self-motivated and eager to learn new skills quickly, adapting to the evolving needs of the team and the users. Collaboration is key for you; you thrive in environments where you can learn from your colleagues while also contributing to their growth.
Your design process is informed by user research and data-driven insights, allowing you to create solutions that resonate with users. You are proficient in design tools, particularly Figma, and have experience in conducting usability testing to validate your designs.
