NICE is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of Cognigy’s software products in cloud environments. You'll work with Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud administration to maintain high system uptime and drive continuous improvement.
You have strong SRE/cloud reliability engineering skills and a solid background in Linux and networking. Your expertise in cloud administration allows you to effectively manage and optimize cloud environments. With hands-on experience in Kubernetes, you understand the intricacies of operating and monitoring cloud infrastructure for SaaS stability. Your strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, providing guidance to SRE and DevOps engineers. You may also hold preferred certifications such as Kubernetes, Cloud Engineer, or DevOps, showcasing your commitment to professional development.
As a Cloud Operations Engineer at NICE, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and security of Cognigy’s software products. You will automate Kubernetes and microservices lifecycle processes, ensuring that deployments are efficient and reliable. Your responsibilities will include operating and monitoring cloud infrastructure to maintain SaaS stability, continuously improving monitoring and alerting systems to proactively address issues. You will support engineering automation initiatives, driving operational best practices across the organization. Additionally, you will participate in on-call rotations, providing support during incidents and ensuring that systems remain operational.
