You have a keen eye for product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation and adherence to food-handling processes. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, following all HACCP and spoilage management processes. You will use technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Communication is key, as you will delight customers by clearly and pleasantly communicating through the app when substitution approvals are needed. You will maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards, completing all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
