Overview

AppDirect is hiring a Telecom Pre-Sales Support to provide comprehensive pre-sales support for ACC and AT&T opportunities. This entry-level position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex provider systems.

Job Description

Who you are

You are detail-oriented and possess the ability to navigate complex provider systems, terminology, and processes. In this entry-level role, you will serve as a critical bridge between AppDirect Advisors, providers, and internal teams, mastering the intricate language and acronyms that define the ACC/AT&T environment. Your adaptability will allow you to apply learned information to varied customer scenarios effectively.

What you'll do

You will provide pre-sales support for new and existing ACC/AT&T opportunities, which includes conducting detailed serviceability research and quoting. Your responsibilities will also involve generating accurate contracts and documentation while navigating complex ACC/AT&T terminology and requirements. You will submit and track orders through multiple ACC/AT&T provider systems, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Additionally, you will process and resolve billing tickets that require careful analysis and provider-specific knowledge, interfacing directly with AppDirect Advisors to support their customer success initiatives.
