Kyra is seeking a Global Talent Partner to manage the entire hiring lifecycle and build exceptional talent pipelines. This role requires strong sourcing skills and the ability to maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the tech or marketing sectors — you understand the nuances of sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive landscape. You excel at building relationships and maintaining communication with candidates, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the hiring process. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple roles simultaneously without compromising on quality or speed. You are proactive in sourcing candidates and building a reliable network of freelancers and contractors across key roles and regions. You are committed to upholding high standards in hiring, ensuring that every new team member enhances the overall quality of work at Kyra.
Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with AI and influencer marketing. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and systems that can enhance the hiring process. A background in managing remote teams or working in a remote-first setup is also beneficial, as it aligns with Kyra's flexible work culture.
As a Global Talent Partner at Kyra, you will own the entire hiring lifecycle from initial conversations to final offers. You will run searches end to end, ensuring that you maintain momentum and make informed decisions without rushing. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates, engaging with them, and closing roles effectively. You will build strong pipelines through both inbound applications and proactive sourcing strategies. Additionally, you will manage the hiring setup behind the scenes, ensuring that all systems are in place to support a smooth hiring process. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent that aligns with Kyra's mission and values.
Kyra offers a flexible, remote-first work environment designed to support focus, autonomy, and high-quality work. The role comes with a competitive salary range of £55,000-£60,000, reflecting the importance of this position in driving the company's success.
