Overview

Axon is seeking a Key Account Executive to manage and grow revenue at designated agencies. You'll develop client relationships and execute account strategies to drive customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer needs.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and revenue growth. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders ensures that you can effectively execute account strategies and meet client expectations. You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously while keeping a keen eye on market trends and competitor activities.

Desirable

Experience in the technology or public safety sector is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud software solutions. You are comfortable using CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activities, and you have a knack for identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a designated territory in the Southeast, focusing on maximizing revenue and market share at key agencies. You will develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with your account team, ensuring that you deliver relevant value propositions to your clients. Your responsibilities will include tracking customer activity in internal systems, forecasting sales, and maintaining regular communication with management about account status and opportunities. You will cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering intelligence on competitors and staying informed about industry laws and regulations that may impact your accounts.
