ControlUp is seeking an Enterprise Relationship Manager to manage a named account territory in the Great Lakes region. You'll be responsible for selling Digital Employee Experience solutions and developing relationships with key decision-makers. This role requires experience in enterprise software sales.
You are an experienced sales professional with a strong background in enterprise software sales, ideally with a focus on Digital Employee Experience solutions. You have a proven track record of managing named accounts and developing trusted relationships with senior-level decision-makers. Your ability to understand client needs and industry dynamics allows you to create compelling business value proposals that resonate with potential customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving sales targets while providing exceptional support to both end users and channel partners.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of complex solutions effectively. Your experience in leveraging various routes to market has equipped you with the skills necessary to navigate the sales process successfully. You are comfortable working independently and are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth within your territory. You understand the importance of aligning IT initiatives with business objectives and are adept at fostering long-term partnerships.
Experience in the IT operations or digital employee experience sectors is a plus. Familiarity with automation and proactive remediation solutions will enhance your ability to connect with potential clients. A background in technology sales, particularly in SaaS or cloud-based solutions, will give you an edge in understanding the competitive landscape and positioning ControlUp's offerings effectively.
In this role, you will manage a named account territory in the Great Lakes region, focusing on selling ControlUp's market-leading Digital Employee Experience solutions. You will engage with both end users and channel partners, leveraging your understanding of their business needs to drive sales.
