Glovo is seeking a Commercial Strategy & Partnerships Manager to lead the Non-Food Retail vertical in Romania. You'll be responsible for growing the portfolio of retail partners and leading a team of Account Managers. This role requires strong strategic and partnership skills.
You have a proven track record in commercial strategy and partnerships, ideally within the retail sector. Your experience includes leading teams and driving growth through strategic partnerships. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about building relationships that create value for both the company and its partners. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. You are data-driven and can analyze market trends to inform your strategies. You are adaptable and can navigate challenges with a positive attitude, always looking for innovative solutions to drive success.
Experience in Q-Commerce or a similar fast-paced industry would be a plus. Familiarity with the retail landscape in Romania and a network of contacts within the sector can help you hit the ground running. A background in sales excellence and account management will also be beneficial as you lead your team to achieve ambitious targets.
