Overview

Curri is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager for Driver Acquisition to build and scale a system for attracting top driver talent. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure a reliable driver supply across the United States.

Job Description

Who you are

You are an entrepreneurial operator with a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in talent acquisition or similar fields. You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building systems from the ground up, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to work collaboratively across various teams, including Operations, Product, Revenue, and Support, is essential for ensuring alignment with customer demand. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies effectively and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable

Experience in digital marketing or acquisition channels is a plus, as is familiarity with data analysis to measure the effectiveness of your strategies. You are comfortable using various tools and platforms to optimize processes and drive results. A background in logistics or transportation can also be beneficial, as it provides context for understanding the driver supply chain.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own Curri’s driver acquisition engine, designing, testing, and scaling high-ROI digital and in-market acquisition channels. Your primary focus will be on identifying, attracting, and activating top driver talent across the United States. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the driver supply is healthy, scalable, and aligned with customer demand. You will analyze market trends and performance metrics to refine acquisition strategies and improve overall effectiveness.

You will lead initiatives to enhance the driver experience, ensuring that the onboarding process is seamless and engaging. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will continuously optimize acquisition channels and develop innovative approaches to attract diverse driver talent. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion in the driver supply base.
