Overview

Cribl is seeking a Field & Channel Marketing Manager for a 1-year fixed-term contract to lead regional go-to-market strategies in the DACH region. This role involves collaborating with sales and channel leadership to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness. Experience in marketing leadership is essential.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing leadership, ideally with experience in the DACH region. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are passionate about empowering customers to unlock the value of their data. Your collaborative spirit and curiosity drive you to achieve meaningful growth and enhance brand presence. You understand the importance of aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives and have a proven track record of executing successful go-to-market programs. You are results-oriented and enjoy blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.

Desirable

Experience in the IT or security industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies. You are skilled in using analytics to inform decision-making and have a knack for creating impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. A background in channel marketing and partnership development is also desirable, as you will be working closely with sales and channel leadership to drive initiatives that strengthen customer and partner communities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and execute regional go-to-market programs that align with sales and channel objectives, driving measurable pipeline growth and brand awareness across Northern Europe. You will plan and deliver high-impact field marketing initiatives that engage customers and partners, ensuring that Cribl's value proposition is effectively communicated. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing strategies that generate leads and accelerate deals. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing approaches and enhance overall effectiveness. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing activities. As a key member of the marketing team, you will contribute to the overall growth strategy of Cribl and help shape its presence in the DACH region.
