What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Varicent, you will be a key player in the Incentives Development team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and refine features for the Varicent Incentives platform, a single-page web application designed to enhance client success.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of developers, designers, and data scientists to build modern, scalable features that deliver exceptional user experiences. Your role will involve designing APIs, optimizing database interactions, and ensuring that the application performs efficiently under load.
