We are looking for a motivated individual to join the India Removals Supply Chain team and build innovative solutions for our vendors & liquidators with the help of data driven critical thinking.

We are looking for a candidate who can drive below:

1. To be part of a high intensity seller inventory management team owning end to end responsibility for order creation, tracking and reporting.

2. Using data insights to identify and build automated solutions for manual processes

3. Support manual processes requiring automation

4.Suggest and drive process improvements and programs

5. Pre-empt and build dashboards to measure execution success of programs

6. Use analytical thinking to investigate vendor disputes, identify process gaps and aid decision making.

7. Build automated reports with minimal / no person dependencies Responsibilities Include:

• The role will be responsible to deliver automation projects in Inventory Health organization.
• Provide data and analytics to the inventory health team for measuring performance metrics
• An ideal candidate will demonstrate strong deep dive, invent & simplify and end-to-end ownership of project delivery
• Person should be strong in modular approach to problem solving and break down complex situations to simple problem statements


Key job responsibilities
-Manage engagement with senior stakeholders across multiple teams
-Manage, track and report on inventory availability, order creation, cancellations
-Manage disputes and follow through with cross functional teams for reconciliation
-Own and launch new initiatives to improve vendor, liquidator and seller experience
-Weekly operational metrics review and financial reporting
- Work on shifts including weekend shifts as per policy

A day in the life
Require a person who is flexible on shift and willing to support on weekend/rotational shifts.- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Working level knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
- • Advanced experience of databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets and Visualization.
- • Working knowledge of data mining using SQL, ETL, data warehouse as well as Excel.
