You have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on designing and developing complex software systems. You understand the importance of writing high-quality, scalable, and efficient code, and you are adept at ensuring that software meets both functional and non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and maintainability. You have experience mentoring junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices in coding and software development methodologies.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals. You have a knack for aligning technical solutions with business objectives, and you are comfortable making architectural decisions that impact the overall direction of projects.
