What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for enabling customers post-sales, ensuring they derive maximum value from DroneDeploy's platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will conduct regular check-ins and training sessions to ensure customers are utilizing the platform effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to relay customer feedback and advocate for their needs. Your role will involve tracking customer success metrics and identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding services. You will also participate in client engagements and training sessions, which may require up to 40% travel. Your ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks will be essential for success in this position.
