What you'll do

As a VIP Account Manager at Inspiration Commerce Group, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new customers into our luxury resale business. You will engage with high net-worth individuals and celebrities, guiding them through their journey with our portfolio companies. Your role will involve building a book of business through referrals, targeted sales, and networking events. You will ensure that customers have a seamless experience as they consign their pre-loved luxury items and replace them with the latest-season inventory. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the customer journey and ensure that every interaction is positive and impactful. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion of our luxury resale business in the US market.
