Scope of service

• Advise on viability, feasibility, and impact of policy/business changes on product
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and information needs which can be supported by the Salesforce implementation in agile setting.
• Proficient in creating functional and non-functional user stories with acceptance criteria
• Participate in all agile ceremonies (sprint review and retrospective) with Product Team
• Work with Product Team to resolve issues and ensure defects are rectified according to requirements specifications timely. 
• Design and develop test plans and test cases based on the documented requirements and acceptance criteria
• Perform functional, regression, integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Conduct both manual and automated testing
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure software quality through functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate and support UAT sessions and provide guidance during UAT
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Collaborate with development team for bug resolution
• Comply with all government security standards, best practices and standards
• Develop comprehensive test strategy, scope and approach aligned with objectives, testing best practices and compliance to government security policies and scope of testing includes unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing
  

Work Experience

• Shall have at least a Diploma, with at least three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
• Shall be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master. 
• Shall have at least 2 years of software testing experience.
• Degree in Business School, Computer Science, Information Technology, and other Engineering discipline will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Government projects will be an added advantage
• Technical Skillset
• Knowledge and experience in Salesforce
• Certification in Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and experience in AWS, APEX coding and DevOps will be an advantage

General Skillset

• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills will be an added advantage
• Translate business requirements into user journeys and technical requirements.
• Ability to continuously learn and adapt to the evolving Salesforce platform and related technologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product team
• Experience in applying Design Thinking principles from ideation to the completion of the project will be an advantage
• Experience in developing prototypes using visual mock-ups and wireframe
• Experience in defining the user interface and user experience of the product will be an added advantage
• Experience in change management skills to facilitate the users to product adoption and new ways of working will be an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in stakeholders’ engagement will be an added advantage
