Dialpad is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts to assist customers throughout their journey with Dialpad products. You'll collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure customer success and retention.
You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise accounts. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are driven to ensure that clients derive maximum value from their investments. Your approach is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where teamwork is essential to achieving shared goals. You possess traits such as curiosity, optimism, persistence, and empathy, which are fundamental to your success in this role. You are comfortable navigating complex customer needs and are adept at communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
Experience in a technology or SaaS company is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered platforms. You may have a background in sales or support, which gives you a unique perspective on customer interactions. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt are highly valued.
As a Customer Success Manager at Dialpad, you will play a crucial role in guiding enterprise customers through their entire journey with our platform.
