What you'll do

As a Renewal Coordinator at OpenGov, you will support the contract lifecycle by executing defined renewal activities from start to finish. This includes generating quotes for renewals, coordinating necessary approvals, and managing outreach to customers to ensure they are informed and engaged throughout the renewal process. You will prepare renewal documentation and escalate any exceptions to the appropriate teams as per documented procedures. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all renewals are processed in a timely manner, adhering to the company's defined strategies and risk criteria. You will act as the primary point of contact for administrative renewal communications, ensuring that all interactions align with customer experience standards.
