Crusoe is seeking a Senior Control Room Operator to coordinate operations at their power facility. You'll ensure the safe operation of plant equipment and utilize Distributive Control Systems for monitoring. This role requires strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
You are a seasoned Control Room Operator with extensive experience in coordinating operations at power facilities. You possess excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, enabling you to make critical decisions during both routine and emergency scenarios. Your leadership abilities shine through as you guide your team in ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. You have a proven track record of using Distributive Control Systems (DCS) to monitor and adjust operating parameters effectively, ensuring plant efficiency and safety. You thrive in high-pressure environments and are adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, always prioritizing safety and operational excellence.
Experience with advanced monitoring technologies and a background in energy management would be advantageous. Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the energy sector is also a plus, as is a commitment to sustainable practices in operations.
In this role, you will lead the coordination of all on-shift operations at Crusoe's power facility, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment. You will be responsible for monitoring systems using Distributive Control Systems (DCS) and making real-time adjustments to maintain optimal performance. Your role will involve responding to non-routine or escalated technical issues with limited supervision, requiring you to apply your expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosis. You will collaborate closely with the Operations & Maintenance Department to drive plant efficiency and safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
