Amazon Marketplace is seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to lead Amazon Mexico Operational Support Program. The Head of Program will lead key initiatives to drive operational efficiencies in Mexico supporting sales teams while generating savings. The Head of Program will be responsible for guiding a broad team of managers and individual contributors in two different countries.
Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. This person will build mechanisms to drive supporting sales programs, providing business insights, training and support.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap of sales supporting services
- Lead the offshoring team in two different locations
- Identify synergies and efficiencies in current operations - Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 4+ years of team management experience
- 7+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level
- English proficiency: Fluent (written and spoken)- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of SQL
