What you'll do

As an Account Executive at JumpCloud, you will focus on driving sales within the SMB segment, targeting organizations with 200 employees or less. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how JumpCloud's unified open directory platform can enhance their IT operations. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals to contribute to the growth of the SMB team. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will leverage data-driven insights to inform your sales strategies and improve your approach continuously. You will participate in regular training and development sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product advancements.
