Amazon is seeking a Software Development Engineer to help scale how Amazon Vendors onboard to Supply Chain Programs in Europe, with worldwide expansion coming soon. This position offers a unique opportunity to make impact in the experience offered to thousands of Vendors, and to help Amazon serving our Customers at a lower cost by offering self-service options for Vendors to optimise how goods get into our Fulfilment Centres. The project spans a deep technology stack, from front-end experiences in React, large data pipelines, and back-end micro-services in Java and Python. You will partner closely with our product managers, technical program managers, and UX designers, as well as business stakeholders across Europe and the US.

About the team
We're an inclusive and experienced team, with a very well defined 3 year roadmap. You will work with multiple Sr. Engineers in the team to drive the direction of the technology we build. Our business impact is significant, and our business partners are also based in the same location. We embarked on a journey to scale Vendor Supply Chain programs in April 2023, and for us, it's still Day 1.- Experience (non-internship) in professional software development, Experience programming with at least one software programming language (Java, Go, Kotlin, C++), Written and spoken proficiency in English.- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, Building, delivering and maintaining software using AWS. Previous experience on front-end techstack is desired.
