Amazon is hiring a Work Based Learning Program Logistics Specialist to support AWS Infrastructure Services. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to ensure the smooth operation of AWS data centers. This entry-level position requires physical capability and a willingness to learn.
You are an entry-level candidate eager to join Amazon's Work Based Learning Program as a Logistics Specialist. You are physically capable of meeting the demands of the role, including lifting and moving equipment as needed. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to work alongside engineers and supply chain specialists to support AWS's global infrastructure. You are committed to safety and security standards and are ready to contribute to the operational excellence of AWS data centers.
In this role, you will participate in a 12-month work and training program, gaining hands-on experience in logistics and operations within AWS. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all equipment and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and delivery of AWS services, as well as supporting the operational needs of the data centers. You will learn about the complexities of supply chain management and how to address the challenges that arise in a 24/7 operational environment. You will also engage in training sessions designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in logistics and operations.
