What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for researching and implementing technologies that facilitate rapid problem identification and resolution — your goal is to achieve the company's stability targets effectively. You will work closely with the Service Stability Engineering Team to develop end-to-end risk management capabilities that enhance the reliability of OKX's products. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing service level objectives (SLOs) and ensuring that they align with business goals.

You will analyze system performance and user feedback to identify potential stability issues before they escalate — this proactive approach will help you contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team. You will also collaborate with other engineers to design and implement solutions that enhance system resilience and user satisfaction. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to report on stability metrics and progress towards goals, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
