Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and creating positive experiences for customers. You are reliable and can work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of the business. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, ensuring you can safely operate a vehicle while delivering happiness to customers.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or a similar customer service role is a plus. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing situations. You have strong communication skills and can effectively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' homes, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. You will interact with customers upon delivery, answering any questions they may have and providing them with information about their new vehicle. You will also be involved in community engagement activities, helping to promote Carvana's mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. Your role will require you to maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring that it is ready for each delivery. You will work closely with other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely service.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $22/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, with the potential to earn up to $24/hr. Additionally, you will have access to performance-based incentive programs that can further enhance your earnings.
