SoFi is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for their Home Equity product. You'll define the product value proposition and drive acquisition and engagement results. This role requires a data-driven approach and strong ownership of consumer insights.
You are a data-driven Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies. You have experience in defining product value propositions and orchestrating go-to-market plans that drive significant business growth. Your ability to analyze consumer insights allows you to create integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable representing marketing within a business unit, ensuring that the voice of the customer is always at the forefront of your strategies.
You possess exceptional ownership skills and are adept at optimizing multi-channel acquisition strategies. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious growth targets, and you are passionate about using innovative marketing techniques to engage customers effectively. You understand the importance of data in decision-making and are skilled at leveraging analytics to inform your marketing efforts.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions. A background in consumer insights and market research will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
In this role, you will own and scale the marketing strategy for SoFi’s Home Equity product. You will define, launch, and continuously optimize multi-channel acquisition strategies and go-to-market plans to meet ambitious quarterly and annual growth targets. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as analyzing competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for differentiation.
You will collaborate closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging. Your role will involve developing integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement, utilizing various channels such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Your insights will help shape future marketing efforts and contribute to the overall success of the Home Equity product line.
