Vacasa is hiring a Property Caretaker to manage vacation rental properties, ensuring quality maintenance and guest relations. This role requires a valid driver's license and offers a competitive hourly wage.
You are someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and has a passion for providing exceptional hospitality. You have a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, with a willingness to assist in various property management tasks. You understand the importance of maintaining high property standards and are eager to contribute to a culture of trust and support.
Experience in property management or hospitality is a plus, but not required. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a desire to improve processes will help you thrive in this role.
As a Property Caretaker, you will support an assigned portfolio of vacation rental properties, handling all aspects of property management. This includes maintaining owner and guest relations, performing light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and unclogging toilets, and conducting regular inspections of the properties. You will assist in the daily operations and identify areas for improvement, working closely with managers to enhance processes for efficiency and quality outcomes. Responding to escalated guest and homeowner concerns will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
Vacasa offers a competitive hourly wage of $17, with actual pay varying based on your skills and experience. Eligible employees may receive a car allowance of up to $100 per month.
