What you'll do

As a Controller at HelloFresh, you will lead the quality assurance team at our distribution center in Lisses. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all incoming products meet our stringent quality standards before they enter the production process. You will implement and monitor quality control procedures across the site, ensuring compliance with BRC certification requirements. You will work closely with various departments to resolve any quality issues that arise, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve training and mentoring team members on quality procedures and best practices, ensuring that everyone is equipped to maintain high standards. You will also be responsible for reporting quality metrics to management and participating in strategic planning to enhance our quality assurance processes.
