Krafton is hiring an Operations Manager for the Space & Property Center to oversee amenities and operational support at the Yongin Jungle Campus. This role requires experience in managing facilities and supporting educational programs.
You have at least 2 years of experience in operations management, particularly in overseeing amenities such as cafeterias and fitness facilities. You understand the importance of creating a conducive environment for employees and students alike, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and efficiently run. Your background includes managing vendor relationships and ensuring quality service delivery, which is crucial for the role at Krafton. You are proactive and can respond quickly to the needs of the team and the facility, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment. You are also comfortable with administrative tasks, including budget management and event planning, which are essential for supporting the educational programs at the Jungle Campus.
In this role, you will be responsible for the management of various amenities at the Yongin Jungle Campus, including the cafeteria, café, and convenience store. You will oversee the outsourced operations, ensuring daily monitoring, quality control, and contract management. You will also plan and execute events for trainees, gathering feedback to continuously improve the services offered. Facility management will be a key part of your responsibilities, including overseeing fitness areas, laundry facilities, and relaxation spaces. Additionally, you will support external events and educational programs, coordinating logistics and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will also handle asset purchasing and management, contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the campus.
